Photography Policy

Photography is encouraged at Station Park, and we would love for you to share your photos using #shopatstationpark. To protect non-approved areas of photography, such as tenant storefronts from being photographed and for the safety and privacy of other guests, the guidelines below must be followed when photographing at Station Park with your personal cellular phone devices.

General Guest Photography

Please check in at the Guest Services desk, located next to Evereve in Building J, to receive a photography pass.

Photography must not interfere with Station Park operations or restrict access to entrances, storefronts, walkways, or high-traffic areas.

Photos taken inside tenant businesses require prior approval from the individual business. Please notify property management accordingly.

For the safety and preservation of our property, climbing, leaning, or sitting on artwork and fountain is strictly prohibited. Props and equipment should not be placed on these features.

Flash photography, tripods, monopods (including selfie sticks), and other professional photography equipment are not permitted.

Drones are not allowed anywhere on the property, for the safety and security of our guests.

Photography is allowed for personal, non-commercial use only and in designated areas. Photos may not be published, sold, reproduced, or used for any commercial purpose without prior authorization.

Professional, Personal, and Commercial Photography & Video Shoots

All professional and commercial photography or video shoots require a permit. Guests interested in filming on-site or scheduling sessions such as holiday photos, maternity shoots, or other special occasions are invited to complete an online Photography Application.

To secure a scheduled shoot and receive a single-day permit, please submit your application at least two weeks in advance of your desired shoot date. We respond to requests during normal business hours: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM.

Please note: Fees may apply depending on the scope of your shoot, setup requirements, or equipment needs.
