One-of-a-kind Christmas tree with a tunnel and 26,000 dancing lights choreographed to music, is a must-see at Station Park
FARMINGTON, Utah – Station Park’s new one-of-a-kind 36-foot Christmas tree is a holiday sight to behold, with 26,000 lights that are choreographed to three programs of holiday music and narration that play every hour.
What’s more, the tree that was custom made for Station Park by local Midvale company Illumination FX, features an eight-foot tunnel that families can stroll through and see the lights dancing about them and listen to holly jolly tunes including I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas, The Most Wonderful Time of The Year, Deck the Rooftops from Glee, I Love Christmas from Disney’s Austin and Ally, Run Run Rudolph, and ‘Zat You Santa Claus?.
The animated tree took Illumination FX two months to build and two days to install in Fountain Square at Station Park. Illumination FX owner Sheldon R. Lyons said, “We have pulled together the technology and greenery to create a tree with full foliage, detail, lights, sound and animation like no other. And the unique tunnel that goes through the tree and leads you to Santa’s new house provides a magical complete experience for children and families.”
