Server

Tucanos is searching for an excellent Server to join our team! As a server, you will provide our guests with outstanding customer service, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience.

Wage: $22-25/hr

Responsibilities:

• Follow established guidelines and procedures that ensure the quality of the food and service
• Assist in seating guests, clearing and setting tables, performing light kitchen prep work, and preparing to-go orders
• Maintain accountability for your entire station
• Communicate with your front and back-of-the-house team members to provide a dining experience that exceeds our guests’ expectations

Requirements:

• Excellent guest relations skills
• Previous experience handling money and operating point-of-sales processing systems a plus
• Flexible schedule 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Professional dress, speech, and behavior
• Minimum age requirement is 18 years old

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in a similar position would be an advantage
